I was a little wary because they said they’d customize the jacket for free, however I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and their customer service. While adding the jacket to my cart, Amazon didn’t provide anything to enter my measurements. I finally selected a general size, thinking the custom sizing option was too good to be true and I wanted the jacket regardless. After ordering, I almost immediately received a message from GetYouStyle (through Amazon) confirming my order and asking if I wanted the jacket to be custom fit. They also included a list of the measurements they needed. I responded with my measurements and received a confirmation message. I was pleasantly surprised at the fact that they messaged back as well as the speed of the response. I later received another message from GetYouStyle confirming the shipment of the jacket, including the tracking number. I received the jacket a few weeks later and was ecstatic because it actually fits! I always have difficulty finding clothes that fit properly due to my unique body proportions. When they said they would customize the jacket for free, I was pleasantly surprised that they actually did it! The jacket fits me perfectly and is just loose enough that I can layer it with a light sweater if I want to. I have been so impressed with this business! Not only did they deliver what they promised (quite literally) but they communicated with me throughout the entire process! It’s very difficult to find an online company that sticks to those kinds of values. I didn’t even need to make use of their free return policy! I rarely give 5 star reviews, but they definitely earned it.
